CEO’S MESSAGE • SEPTEMBER 2026
As SynSmart completes its expansion to add a brand new site under its fold, we are looking to make rapid progress in multiple geographies. Our total site footprint now stands at 25,000 sft and with 70 fume-hoods of installed capacity, we are ready to take on opportunities at scale.
The key elements of our ability to deliver can be best summarized in what we bring together in terms of People, Processes and Technological Advantage.
Our People are central to everything we do and have consistently gone above and beyond in delivering customer projects against all odds. We are continuing to bring in people to expand our talent pool and in doing so, we seek people who resonate with SynSmart’s values of Passion, Learning, Team-work and Customer Centricity.
On Processes, we are continuing our journey to stay ahead in the technology game. With tools like SciFinder and ChemDraw we are also adding AI-enabled solutions to further help our teams.
SynSmart has a bold capital deployment plan with investments exceeding $1MM lined up to both augment capacity and strengthen the service offerings.
In terms of capability strengthening, addition of flow chemistry capability with a daily through-put of over 5L is one of our key highlights for the year and we are on-track to deliver multi-Kg through-put with this set-up.
Similarly, we have now brought onboard a Bruker Avance III 400MHz NMR to help rapid data generation for compound delivery. Further investments in analytical infrastructure include onboarding multiple UPLC-MS machines.
Overall, SynSmart in 2026 is raring to go and ready for taking on any chemistry challenge presented to us.
