About the service

Peptide Synthesis Platform

Our peptide synthesis platform is built around the Liberty Blue Microwave Peptide Synthesiser, enabling rapid and reproducible synthesis across a 0.005–5 mmol scale range. The system supports automated high-throughput synthesis of up to 12 peptides in queue, with typical amino acid addition cycles of approximately 4 minutes at scales below 0.5 mmol. The platform is supported by 21 CFR Part 11-compliant software, enabling controlled and traceable peptide synthesis workflows.

Scale-Up Capability

Challenging chemistry translated to gram scale

SynSmart has demonstrated the ability to translate challenging peptide chemistry beyond small-scale synthesis. In one representative case, a cyclic thioether containing a stereochemically challenging side-chain-derived linkage was successfully optimised and synthesised at gram scale using a scalable routine chemistry approach.
